Quan is survived by his daughter Mai Hoa Thi Tran (Dung Viet Nguyen); his son Huu Nghia Nguyen (Tuyet Nga); his son Nam Van Lu; his daughter Phuong Thi Lu (Binh Luu Quy); his daughter Dao Lu (Tien Van Tran); and his daughter Amy Lu (Phong Ngoc Phan).

Mr. Lu leaves 14 grandchildren to cherish his memories

A visitation for Quan will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Goodbody Mortuary, 5027 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5027 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115. A witness cremation will occur Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Cypress View Crematory, 3953 Imperial Ave, at S 40th St, San Diego, CA 92113.
