Marven Earl Mason was born in Drew, Mississippi on January 4, 1960 to Ms. Gertrude Mason and Mr. Johnnie Wright. He attended school in Drew, Mississippi as well as Clarksdale, Mississippi. He finished High School at Centennial High in Compton, California.
God be the glory for Marven sharing his memories of the Matriarch of the Mason family, Mrs. Georgia Scott Rodgers otherwise known as Miss Sis.
