Jennifer Etim, 37, passed away on February 17, 2013 at UCSD Thornton Hospital in La Jolla, CA. A Milwaukee native, she moved to California several years ago to fulfill a lifelong ambition of living near the ocean. Artist, oncology nurse, film and international music aficionado, holistic health enthusiast, Jennifer filled many roles with optimism and passion. She is survived by her two sisters, Ann and Linda. A memorial service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cathedral in San Diego, CA at 10:00 am on February 28, 2013. Donations should be made to the Jennifer Etim Memorial Fund c/o San Diego Foundation.
