Charles Lee Williams, Jr was born on January 24, 1965 from the union of his parents, Charles Lee Williams, Sr and Claire (Toombs)Williams. Charles, fondly called, "Chucky" was most remembered in Lincoln High School as a tailback on the football team, Boot Dancing and The Buffalo Boys. Charles loved sports and he and his friends on Old Memory Lane created their own sport- "Frisbee Skate Football." Charles had many friends in the neighborhood and he loved them all! To name a few, Johnny, Allen, Kenny, Brian, Michael and also Faison Love impacted Chucky's life in so many ways. Charles loved martial arts, especially " IP Man" and Bruce Lee movies.
He loved his Auntie Vie, and clung closely to his Aunt Tyna Bolden. He and his sister, Cicelli, he called her "Cherry" were very close and nit- picked at each other as siblings do. He loved his family very much.
After high school, Chucky enlisted im the US Army in 1983 through 1986. Chucky talked about enjoying his tour in Germany. While in Germany, he had a enlightening experience with God. When his enlistment ended in 1986, Chucky returned home and began the journey that he and God spoke about in Germany- His salvation, and walk with God. He sought God, studied the Bible daily and prayed fervently to hear God's direction for his life. He united with God's family! He and his brother "Joe Sapp" were called the "Sons of Thunder" as they preached all over!
He often said, " Life has been so that when I tried to make money- I couldn't crush a grape!" Later, he met a friend who told him about a career as a truck driver, and he listened. After his travels as a truck driver, and the passing of his father, he decided to birth Blood Bought Believers Restoration Ministries, Inc along with his wife, Patricia who he met and he said finally God sent my soulmate, lover, best friend, wife and co-pastor for ministry. He told her, "God Blessed me with You- You are everything I need wrapped up in everything I want!. Elder Charles Williams, Jr. met many people on his life travels. He preached the Kingdom of God is at hand! Elder Charles' dream was to preach to the lost sheep of Israel- Tribe of Judah! He dreamed of beginning a ministry and God made that dream a reality. Those who witnessed his transformed life in Christ Jesus knew Charles love the bible and taught it to all he met each day. He prayed for all of his children, friends and others to be saved, and filled with the Holy Ghost fire.

Williams, Sr. mother Claire (Toombs) Williams, uncles, aunts, and cousins.Left to cherish his memory, his wife Dr. Patricia. L. Williams of San Diego, CA; sister Cicelli C. Williams, of Moreno Valley, CA; Aunt Tyna L. Bolden ( John) of San Diego; five children Shakira Williams of Dallas, Texas, Demetrius Jones of Florida, (Grandson: Marcellous Oliver DeLeon Jones) Shirabisha of Alabama, Joshua of Georgia, Cai-Lei Claire of Texas, nephew Cervantae of Moreno Valley, CA, step-daughter & step son- Jessica and Jamar Brown of San Diego, California and his four grandchildren- Amari, Sariah, Jaylin and Leandre Ricky, and a host of relatives in California, Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, and many friends far and near.
