“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Natividad "Nati" Aguilar, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, who departed from this world on September 17, 2023, at the age of 85. Nati was born on September 8, 1938, in San Bernardino, CA.
Nati's life was a testament to the values of love, kindness, and perseverance. She was a devoted mother to her surviving children: Antonette Herrera, Sally Chiprez, Rosemary Rivera, Louise Magaña, John Aguilar, and Sandra Escudero. She also held dear the memory of her predeceased son, Salvador P. Hernandez III. Nati instilled in her children the values of hard work, resilience, and the importance of family. Her legacy lives on in the values she passed down to the four generations that follow.
Nati was a doting grandmother to 21 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 22 great-great-grandchildren, for a grand total of 100 descendants, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She shared her passion for family, life, wisdom, and warmth, creating lasting memories that will be treasured for generations to come.
Throughout her life, Nati was known for her compassionate nature. She had an innate ability to connect with people, making friends wherever she went. Her generosity knew no bounds, and she was always ready to lend an untiring helping hand to those in need. Nati's smile could light up a room, and her laughter was infectious, bringing joy to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Her memory will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with her beloved parents, 11 older siblings, and her son, Salvador P. Hernandez III, in the embrace of eternity.”
