Denise Ann Cochran born May 27th 1964 to Peter and Dolorosa Chilbes of Lytle Creek California. Denise was a lifelong resident of the Inland Empire living in the Lytle Creek, San Bernardino and Highland.
Denise graduated from Eisenhower High School in Rialto attended Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga and studied early child development in San Bernardino at Valley College.
Denise is survived by her sisters Maureen and husband Gary Hartman, Laura and husband Neo Paris, her brother Peter Jr. and wife Janna Chilbes, and her nieces and nephews Mark, Antone, Dylan, Kathleen, Rebecca, Jessica and Peter III along with numerous great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Peter and Dolorosa Chilbes her sister Kathleen and brother Mark Chilbes.
Denise was passionate about her calling as a pre-K teacher and worked with children for over 25 years in the Inland Empire in pre-K, toddler, and infant classes. She always said the children brought an abundance of light and joy to her days.
Denise was actively engaged in her spiritual journey and attended St. John XXIII Catholic church in Rialto and attended various online Christian services and the Pope's masses during the pandemic.
Denise loved her family, friends, and all animals especially cats. She loved family dinners, conversations, and Mom’s strawberry pie. Denise saw the beauty in nature and in all of God's wonders. She saw the good in everyone and helping others brought her joy. At parties and family gatherings Denise laughed the loudest and hardest at a joke. She was the first one on the dance floor and the last one to leave. Dance on until we meet again dear Denise.
Denise was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend to many, and she will be greatly missed.
The Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, May 9, 2022, at Mt View Mortuary and Cemetery Chapel 570 E. Highland Ave San Bernardino, CA. 92404
