Maria Oralia Tijerina

In the late 60's, Maria worked as a waitress at Clayton's Drive Inn and White Cross Pharmacy. She then continued to work at Beall's for many years until her retirement.

Maria loved her Elvis Presley, and enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. Back in the day, she would help her mom set up food displays for weddings, quinceñeras, or any kind of celebration. She enjoyed music and dancing.

Maria was a sweet, loving, a character, but she spoke her mind when she didn't like something.

Maria was preceded in death by her father Juan J. Tijerina and her mother Cipriana T. Tijerina; her sister Aurora Delgado and her brother Jesus M. Tijerina.
