Yolanda Mendez Rodriguez, born September 3, 1945 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with our Lord on February 7, 2017 at the age of 71. She is preceded in death by her parents, Pantaleon H. Mendez and Apolonia Cantu Mendez. She is survived by her Husband, Francisco Javier Rodriguez; daughter, Marina R. Jimenez; grandchildren, Katherine Lauren Jimenez and Daivd Anthony Jimenez; brother, Ernest Gomez.The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p. m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 8:45 a.m. for a Mass at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 4603 St. John's Way, San Antonio, TX 78212. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
