Thomas L. Scott

Thomas L. Scott, loving husband and father has gone to be with our Lord on June 27, 2016. Tommy, the son of John D. and Mary Helen, was born on August 6, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas. Tommy married his sweetheart, Patricia Ann McCabe, on August 20, 1965 in San Antonio, Texas.

Tommy enjoyed hunting, fishing, automobiles, and building firearms with his two sons. He was a coach, Cub Scout leader, and faithful worker to Kelly Air Force Base for 35 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Mary Helen and favorite aunt, Flora Schmidt. Tommy is survived by his wife, Patricia; his brother, Rick( Peggy); his sister, Sandy McGarvy (Robert); Melvin Schmidt, who was like a brother; sons, Michael Allen and Jeffrey Wade (Deanna); grandson, Shannon( Caroline); granddaughter, Kristen ( Jason); grandchildren, Jerry and Stephanie Maldonado; great grandchildren, Brandon, Cheyenne, and Casey. A memorial service will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera Road, Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 7pm.
