Sonia and I met working at Kelly AFB in 1984.   Sonia was one most Kindest person you could ever meet.  Her smile just made you smile.  She Loved loved her Family.   Another Earth Angel gone to soon

Our sincere condolences for the loss of our little Sister.    Sonia was a beautiful, loving and unselfish person.  No matter what the circumstances were, she was always there for us.  It is very difficult for us not being able to hear her voice every week.  We shared so much together (both good and bad times).  No matter how much physical pain we were in, we always ended our conversation with "things will get better and we loved one another".  We were blessed to have a dear little Sister of 34 years.  Our pledge to each other was Sisters to the end!  Now we have an angel watching over us.  Rest in peace and we shall meet again.  You will always remain in our hearts.  Carol & Booker Alexander

I retired from Kelly in 2005, so it’s been a while since I have seen Sonia. But she was an individual one doesn’t forget. She was a kind lovely young lady. She wasn’t married when I met her, but I will always remember everyone would go on break when she went, because she would always share her tacos. I don’t know if she made them, bought them, or if some family member would make them, but they were so good. It was embarrassing to me, because sometimes she would share them all and go without eating. But that’s who she was, a kind , sharing loving person. Roy and Nathan, I am so sorry for your loss, but just know that God has another angel.

I am very sorry to hear of Sonia's passing and my heartfelt condolences to the Flores family.  Virginia, Johnathan and I will keep you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. God bless.

I started working with Sonia in 2011. Every year, she would be the one the start the holidays. Sonia would decorate the office and gave morale to our work area. Her laugh was great as well. She will be miss and the Flores family will have our support.

My deepest condolences to Roy and Nathan during this difficult time.  Sonia was always proud of Nathan and his band.  She had pictures of him in his cubicle surrounded by purple items, her favorite color.  May the Lord keep you safe under his wing as you begin to navigate this new existence. Ms. Flores,  was a great person.  She enjoyed life to the fullest.   Always with a smile.  I worked with her at Kelly Afb I sometimes call her when I was in town and went to lunch.  I'm gonna miss her laugh and smile 😃.   Now she's in heaven with our lord looking down at us.  Rest in peace my friend 😔 💔 🙏 

Aunt Sonia was a wonderful soul.  I’m blessed to call her my Aunt/Tia. Growing up, I have very fond memories of her, Uncle Roy and my cousin, Nathan.  It was a blessing to share beautiful memories with her throughout the years.  I’m  definitely going to miss her and her laughter. She will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️ May Perpetual Light shine upon her and the souls of the faithful departed Rest In Peace. 🕯 

Sonia was more than a co-worker at DISA.  She was a warm loving friend. Sonia aways had a kind word and a sweet smile. She brighten our days so many times.

Sonia was a great co-worker and friend. My deepest condolences to Roy and Nathan. Sonia was always full of laughter and during her time at Kelly AFB Sonia was a devoted worker and those she met along the way she never let them sink she would always assist! RIP my friend!

Sonia,  was a sweet and loving person. 
She loved life and loved her family. She was very proud of her son Nathan with his talent in music playing his drums.  My condolences to her family and husband they were both co-workers of mine. She will be greatly missed.  🌹I remembered she loved the color purple.
