Sherry Lea Patterson

Sherry Lea Patterson of San Antonio went to be with to be with Lord on November 25, 2018. She was born on August 20, 1943 in Dalhart, Texas. She attended Abilene Christian University and worked for Patterson’s Office Supply in the 1990s. Sherry was also a longtime member of McArthur Park Church of Christ. Sherry was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Elton and Oma Lea Oldham. She is survived by her husband, Richard Patterson; her children, Cindi Nellis, Rick Patterson and his wife, Kristen; her brothers, Dennis Oldham and his wife, Ruth, and Kirby Oldham and his wife, Sharon; her brothers-in-law, Mike Patterson and his wife, Jo Ruth, and Steve Patterson; and her sister-in-law, Cheryl Kay Sanchez-Smith; her grandchildren, Alexandra Patterson, Sydney Patterson, Ashley Bruening, Mackensie Nellis, DJ Nellis, and, Sean Nellis.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 30th at 3:00 pm at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
