Sheila Ann Harris

Sheila Ann Harris, nee Billenwillms was born on January 25, 1948, to Verle and Evelyn Billenwillms in Hoxie, KS. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Sheila married Ronald Harris on July 17, 1971, in San Antonio.

Sheila was very involved in 4-H, even after her children graduated high school. She was a talented seamstress, crafter, and cake decorator, but she will be remembered most for her love of her grandchildren. Sheila was very proud of all four of her grandchildren and attended as many events, games, competitions, and concerts as she could across three cities.

Sheila is preceded in death by her husband, Ron, and her parents, Verle and Evelyn. Sheila is survived by daughter Katie (Christopher) Bingham, sons Ryan (Carole), and Erick Harris, grandchildren Karibeth Bingham, Adayla Harris, Christina Bingham, and Riley Harris, sister Sharon and brother, Dennis (Velda) Billenwillms, dog Yaeger, and numerous friends

Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera road San Antonio, Texas, 78238 on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A Celebration of Life service will be at 12:30 P.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
