Rudy C. Fernandez went to be with our Lord on March 10, 2013 at the age of 86. He is survived by his daughter Yvonne Hellerstedt and husband John, grandchildren; Natalie Carlton and husband Ryan, Alex Hellerstedt, Gus Hellerstedt, great grandchildren; Isabella Carlton, Estella Carlton, siblings; Edward Fernandez and wife Henri, Gilbert Fernandez and wife Mamie, Lupe Martinez, and numerous other family members. Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 8:00am to 9:30am. The funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30am on Thursday, March 14, 2013 to St. Paul’s Catholic Church for a 10:00am Funeral Mass. Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
