Rosa Elva DeLeon, affectionately known as “Tía,” was a remarkable aunt whose loving spirit touched the lives of everyone around her. With her warm smile and open arms, she always welcomed those in need, providing a safe haven and a listening ear. Tía cherished being surrounded by family, where she created an atmosphere filled with good conversations and heartfelt moments. Her generous spirit shone brightly as she was always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it was cooking a meal or offering wise advice. Her kindness and selflessness will be missed dearly, leaving a profound void in our hearts. Though she has left this world, the love she shared and the memories we created together will forever remain with us, guiding us as we move forward. We are grateful for the beautiful impact she had on all our lives, reminding us of the importance of compassion, family, and joy in every moment.

A funeral mass will occur Monday, October 7, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Jude Catholic Church, 130 S San Augustine Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78237. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 7, 2024 at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78237.
