Roland Gonzales

Roland Gonzales, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Roland was born April 12, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas. He brought joy and laughter into the lives of his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Frances Gonzales; daughters, Denise Gonzales, Krystaleah Gonzales and Naomi Ann Gonzales and husband Manuel; son, Andrew Gonzales and wife Lynda; grandchildren, Seth A. Alonzo, Ethan M. Caballero and Elly A. Caballero; father and mother, Andres C. Gonzales and Luz Gonzales; sisters, Yolanda Chapa, Olga Cortinas and husband Frank, Sylvia Rodriguez and husband Ruben, Olivia Gonzales, Esperanza Fonseca and husband Roy, Herlinda Harris, Juanita Gonzales and Dalia Odman and husband Michael, and brothers, Andres M. Gonzales, Jr. and wife Sandra and Arturo Gonzales and wife Diana. The visitation is Sunday, April 3, 2011, from 1:00 to 9:00 pm at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, and a prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm. The funeral service is Monday, April 4, 2011 at 10:00 am at Mighty Fortress Christian Fellowship, 4302 SW Loop 410 near Valley High. Internment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian, 11624 Culebra.
