He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances T. Tovar. He is survived by his children, Robert Jr., Andrew, and Tiffany; Father, Raymond V. Tovar; siblings, Rocky Tovar (Diane), Carrie Tovar (David), Martin Tovar, Priscilla T. Wulf; niece, Christina; nephews, Nathan, Zachary and Jake, and his dog Ginger.
The Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, May 7, 2021, family and friends will meet at St. John Berchman’s Catholic Church, 1147 Cupples Rd, for a Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at San Fernando II Cemetery, 746 Castroville Rd.
Due to Covid 19, only 50 guests will be allowed in the funeral home chapel for the Rosary.
If you are not attending the Rosary, you are more than welcomed to express your condolences to the family before 7:00 p.m.
Facial coverings are required at all times in the building and at the cemetery.
San Fernando Cemetery II will only allow 10 guests under the tent at the graveside service. Everyone else will have to gather outside of the tent site respecting social distancing.
