Born and raised in Raymondville, Texas after serving 25 years at Ralph Wilson Plastic Company, he retired to San Antonio, Texas. Robert loved to fish, hunt, and he enjoyed the outdoors. He loved to wear his cowboy boots and hats and enjoyed dancing. Robert was a giving man and was full of life.
Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Mary, and his mother, Rachel. Robert leaves his son Robert, son Martin, daughter Rene, and step-daughter and caretaker Pamela, his companion, Imelda, and step children, Steven, Cynthia, Laurie, Johnny, Sally, Harold, Sue, and Rodney, and many loving grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home located at 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas on Saturday, December 3, with visitation from 12 – 2 PM, and services at 2 PM, with a reception to follow at 3 PM.
