Rhonda Maselina Tuufuli, age 41, lost her bravely fought battle against Stage IV Carcinosarcoma on May 21, 2018. She answered God's calling within her home in Cibolo, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She was the second of six children born on September 2, 1976, to Sueai and Talaiasi Pese in Independence, Missouri. She married the love her life, Anesi Maverick Tuufuli, on August 31, 2002. Their wonderful life together began in Fort Riley, Kansas. Maselina Angelyca Tuufuli, their first daughter, was born November 27, 2003. Daughter, Kitana Faitanae Tuufuli, would be their last, born on December 17, 2004. Rhonda's daughters were the light of her life and in her words "My Greatest Blessings". She considered herself the luckiest woman in the world to have such a loving husband and father to her girls. You could always find Rhonda with her girls at the volleyball court, at tournaments, and private lessons. Watching her girls pursue their passion for volleyball was her hearts greatest joy.
Rhonda graduated with her Registered Nursing degree in 2011 from the San Antonio College of Nursing. This was no surprise considering her natural inclination towards caring for and putting others first. She was the rock of her family taking on not only the role of wife and mother, but also caregiver.
She is survived by her husband, daughters, parents and siblings. She was preceded in death by her sister, Tracy Sueai Pese.
