Raul A. Cerda Sr., entered in to the gates of heaven surrounded by his loving family on October 18, 2013 at the age of 73. Mr. Cerda is survived by his loving wife Adelaida Cerda; daughters Patricia Cerda, Rosalinda Carreon, Oralia Fierro, Elsa Ramirez (Richard), Cynthia Palomo (Martin); son Raul Cerda Jr. (Norma); 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to Adam & Irene Jimenez for their continuous love and support when caring for Mr. Cerda. A visitation will begin, Monday, October 21, 2013, 5:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 10:30 am for an 11:00 am Mass to be celebrated at St. Clare Catholic Church with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
