Ramon Cruz Hernandez born on August 28, 1926 in Cotulla, TX went to be with the Lord on May 30, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife Mariana G. Hernandez; Daughter, Nellie Gutierrez; Son, Leo Hernandez; Granddaughter, Nellie Anna Escobedo; Brothers, Domingo, Jose, Pedro and Ramiro Hernandez; Sisters, Macrina H. Duran and Maria Hernandez. He is survived by his children; Raymond Hernandez (Martha), Guadalupe Arsate (Rolando), Erlinda Hernandez, Ruben Hernandez, Robert Hernandez (Maunela), Andres Hernandez (Kim), Tomasita Soto (Roy) and Ana Maria Escobedo (Oscar); 30 Grandchildren, 51 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren; Brother, Jesse Hernandez; Sisters, Mary Chelo Gonzalez and Trini Paredes. A visitation will begin on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Trevino Funeral Home on 2525 Palo Alto Rd. at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park
