Granny, 
   It was around this time eight months ago when you left us. I still remember the day.  We were all gathered around the room surrounding you with our love. We shared sweet memories with tears in our eyes and exchanged our beautiful stories as we kept vigil by your side. We knew that day that life would never be quite the same and time has proven that true. 
   Since then, we have all moved forward with life, celebrating birthdays and accomplishing wonderful things, alone and as a family. And of course, being busy as ever, but one thing we are never to busy to do, is to remember you.  We think about you often. I think about you often.  Sometimes with a smile on my face; Sometimes with tears running down my cheeks, but always with love in my heart for a wonderful soul we truly miss.

Hey Granny ! 
For 28 years you were my everything. You taught me things nobody has ever taught me. You been there thru no judgements from your side. I love you and I miss you so much it gets easier not feeling sad all the time. Slowly I’m healing my heart from the heartache. Thank you for everything you have ever done for us. I’m terribly sad without you and I know your with grandfather. You were truly loved by everyone that met you. I’m grateful for such a wonderful grandma like you in our lives you were my hero. I’m like you in so many ways . Oh goodness I miss you so much it hurts. It hurts to go to your house and not have you there sitting on the sofa waiting for us or waving us goodbye . It hurts your not with us anymore. I love you so much. I will see you soon my gorgeous love.

Hi mom 
Thanks mom for teach me my words and help me with my write skill. I miss the talk we use to have about everything going on. Help me with everything .Come over to my apartment have a great meal and help me wash dishes. Pick me up from school and work just go eat a have good time . I’m going to miss you lot about worrying  about me and all  Conversations we had. I remember trips that we took San Antonio on bus buying little  snacks and we had fun great time we had . love you mom you always be my heart. Take care mom and say hi to dad for me. Dear, grandma 

I’m so thankful for the moments we have had together. I’m so grateful you and everything you have done for your grandkids. You’re always there for us. You never missed anything. I love you so much and miss you so much. Imma miss your hugs, your kisses, your laugh, your smile... the way you smell and the way I say I love and you say “thank you” and cracks a big smile.. or say “I like me too!” And when you say “I’m gonna go get a paper..” since your nose was always running because you were always cold! Imma miss cuddling with you and watching you eat or sleep when you fall asleep literally anywhere in the house haha. I miss I could have one more hug, no more kiss, no more “I love you” . I have so many memories of us.. You taught me a lot of things, and I’m gonna teach my nieces, and nephews and my own children When I have my own and my grandchildren some day. I miss you so much it’s tearing me apart. I know you’re not suffering or hurting anymore but still doesn’t make it hurt any less. Thank you for everything you have done for us. I’m forever grateful. I love you to the moon and back a million times. I know I’ll see you soon one day. Watch over all of us! Hi Mom,
  I just wanted to let you know how much I am going to miss your laugh, your smile, and your beautiful spirit. What I'm going to miss most are the conversations that we used to have about anything, especially what was going on at work or most importantly, your favorite TV show- Walker, Texas Ranger and how Walker will save the day. Man, how you loved that show!!! 
  When I was younger, on our 40 mile trips to my high school,  I remember you taking the time to tell me to always be strong . You never complained about our long trips and our conversations. You were my prime example of being strong. 
  Mom, I am thanking you for always  being there whenever I needed you. Thank you!! You have inspired me to be who i am. I know i am just like you. Even though we have had good times and bad, our memories that we have together will always be in my heart. 
  Mom, you are the best! And always will be remembered as a wonderful sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Dear granny, 
I appreciate all the good and the bad, when I was little you use to always say im a free spirit, that nobody could say no to me. I was your youngest granddaughter, so I always got the food and the babiness ❤️ 
As I grew older I grew more attached to you, I remember the nights where we would color for hours together. Or, when you would pick me up from school and go to sonic and get me the chicken strip burger... those were always the good times especially car rides going over the bumps, saying “ ready UP and DOWN “ 
As I grow up into a young adult, I realize why I wanted to be a cardiologist, ever since you started to have heart problems, I grew so fascinated with it. 
I realize that I wanted to save life’s an take care of you with all the problems you had. 
After going summer after summer, instead of going out with my friends, I took care of you.. I made sure you we’re always in tip top shape helping you out an being a mini you.  As things got harder I started to learn more and more making sure I never messed up. I wanted to protect you, to understand you , but most importantly to love you with all I had. 
I really wish i could have saved you, but now more than ever, I want to be that cardiologists an make you so proud granny. 
I love you, it’s never goodbye , but always see you later 💘

Dear granny. 
I have always wanted to be just like you when I was a child. The sweet and caring person you are. I think I have accomplished that. You were our grandma but it was much deeper for me than anything. Even though I was your granddaughter you treated me as your very own. I will always remember the good things you use to do for me. I remember you use to call me my little whetta. You were the one person that we could tell secrets too and you never judge us. Thank you for everything you do for us. I love you and I’ll miss you very much. Thank you for being the best grandma anybody could ask for..

I love how when people think of me that they automatically think of you. 
  Granny- You are the rock of our family!  There aren't enough words to explain the spot that you will forever hold in my heart.  Everything I am is because of you and the encouragement that you have always given me throughout my life. I, am a reflection of you and for that I am grateful and blessed.

Priscilla is survived by her children, Rosemarie Santoy, Jerry Santoy; grandchildren, Michael Andrew Santoy, Jacqueline Marie Santoy, Faith Rose Santoy-Flores, Richard Anthony Santoy, Jr., Cassandra Santoy-Vergott (Gerald), Priscilla Yvonne Mayo (Moises), Desiree Torres (Gustavo), Margarito Santoy, Alexandra Santoy and Angie Santoy; Eleven great-grandchildren; siblings, Lupe Martinez (Oscar), Mary Muniz (Rudy), Manuel Ochoa (Virginia), Mary Rose Mendoza (Roland), Jose Ochoa, Margaret Correa, Mary Lou Diaz (Pete) and John Ochoa (Blanca).

 She is preceded in death by her husband, Genaro Santoy; son, Richard Anthony Santoy; parents, Felipa & Margarito Ochoa; brother, Robert "Beto" Ochoa.
