She retired from St. Mary's University. Olivia “Grandma” loved birds, roses, cooking, hosting barbecues, dancing and listening to music. She cherished spending time with her family, whether it was going to flea markets, sitting outside and talking or watching football and basketball. She was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs.
She will be reunited with her husband, Alejandro Rodriguez; children, Eva Filoteo, Mike Rincon, Frank "Boy" Rincon, baby Maria Rincon; sisters, Lupe, Aurora and Trinitite; brothers, Anticio, David, and Joe; parents, Jose and Natalia Lopez; grandchildren, Johnny Rincon, Irma Rincon, Isabelle Rincon, David Filoteo Teniente and great grandson Robert Rincon.
She is survived by her sons, Louis Rincon Jr., David Rincon, Jose Rincon; daughter, Maria L. Rodriguez; grandchildren, Melissa Quintero, Louis “Champ”III Rincon, Stacey Rincon, Jacob Rincon, Sandra Filoteo Teniente, Ray Filoteo, Andrew Filoteo, Jose L. Gomez, Olivia M. Colon, Luisa Gomez, Juan M. Gomez, Michelle Rincon, Elaine Rincon, Lisa Escalante, Christina Rincon, Juan Rincon, Maggie Rincon, Violet Trevino, Lydia White, Carlos White, Jesse Rincon, Yvonne Vialpando, Frank Rincon Jr, and multiple, four generations of grandchildren. Olivia will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
There will be a Visitation held Sunday, March 24, 2024 beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. On Monday, March 25, 2024 our doors will open at 8:30 a.m. with a Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. Services will conclude after Chapel Service.
