Norma was born in Del Rio, Texas on November 4, 1936. She would grow into a strong and sweet independent woman. She gave birth to four children, all whom she raised single-handedly with a loving but firm hand. She was a hard worker but she knew how to light up a room with her smile and laughter. Church was an important part of her life. Norma loved her church and the people in it. She joyfully and happily belonged to The Guadalupanos, Pace Setters and weekly Bible Study, Prayer Group and Book Club. She loved and adored each and every one of the members. Her family and friends wholeheartedly agree that she was a magnificent cook. She enjoyed cooking any Mexican dish that she could. Her hot sauce was a fan favorite and was made especially for all events.
She is survived by her four children: Richard (Trey) M. Wilson III, Phillip Clay Wilson, Jacalyn M. Franke, Jennifer Antoniolli; Stepdaughter Pamela Reed, grandchildren: Melissa Chung, Phillip Wilson II, Alexandria Wilson, Carlo Antoniolli, Sienna Antoniolli; Andrew Antoniolli; brother, Joseph Phillip Salvatierra; and her Godson, John Reed.
