Nick Rodriguez

Nicolas (Nick) Rodriguez, 87, passed away on October 8, 2024. He was born October 6, 1937, and lived a life of service, adventure, and love. Nick proudly served in the United States Army before embarking on a career as a truck driver, where he enjoyed traveling across the country. His greatest joy, however, came from spending time with his family and friends.

Nick is survived by his daughters Ruby Watson (Merced) and Maria Rosario Watson (Robert), his son Michael Watson, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Simon R. Rodriguez and Vicente Rodriguez, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Nick was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Hortense Watson, parents Victoriano C. and Enedina Rodriguez, siblings, Victoriano, Juan Jose, Maria C, Clara Rosa, Juanita, and Gloria.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 5:00p.m. to 10:00p.m., Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237. Funeral Mass will follow on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 10:00a.m. at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church, 1147 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226, followed by burial at San Fernando Cemetery #3.
