Mary Ann Hicks, age 76, passed away April 1, 2010. She was born on January 28, 1934 in Hopkinsville, KY to Rufus & Rosa Phipps.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ford D. Hicks; children, Dianna Wood and husband Roger and Kenneth Hicks; 4 grandchildren, Allyson Wood, Samuel Wood, Colten Batey and Kristin Hicks; sister, Lucy Powell; brother, R.C. Phipps; and many loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 5-7p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Northeast Baptist Church, 2930 Bitters Rd. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Memorial Fund at Northeast Baptist Church.
