Marjorie Mowrey Klein was born in Garden City, Texas on July 18, 1919 to Allie D. & Jimmie (McCord) Cook, and entered eternal life on January 20, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. She was a member of the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death her husbands, Jack Mowrey and Sidney Klein; and her grandson, Michael Mowrey. Surviving are her children, Jack Mowrey, Gary Mowrey (Jane)and Marsha Zintgraff; grandchildren, Brian Zintgraff, Dean Zintgraff (Miranda), Christy Parrish (Brette), Patrick Mowrey; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Blake & Taylor Zintgraff and Brooklyn Parrish. Marjorie is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Alamo Heights United Methodist Church. The family would like to thank Stone Oak Care Center and River City Hospice for the loving care provided for Marjorie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
