Maria Dolores Fierros

Maria Dolores “Lola” Fierros went to be with the Lord, December 16, 2011 at the age of 67. She is preceded in death by her mother Ermelinda Medina; brothers Frank and Andres Flores. Mrs. Fierros is survived by husband Juan B. Fierros; daughters Anita F. Hernandez and husband Jesus, Christina Fierros; son Juan Fierros Jr. and wife Jennifer; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; brother Felipe Flores and wife Petra, 4 sisters & 3 brothers Ruben, Albert, Mary Esther, Rachel, Gloria, Carolina; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Mrs. Fierros worked at Franklin’s Department Store Downtown as a clerk for 15 years, she and her husband recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on December 2, 2011. The family would like to thank the staff at Oak Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their support and care with special thanks to Robert, Sophie and Rosie. A visitation will begin, Monday, December 19, 2011, 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. A rosary will be recited Tuesday, December 20, 2011, 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at St. Gabriel’s Catholic with interment to follow in San Fernando Cemetery #2.
