She was born in Durango, Mexico on February 14, 1937 to Tereso and Maria Bermudez. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
Manuela was married to Gilberto Saldana. They had seven children, and there was never a time when she was not teaching, correcting, helping or giving advice to her children; helping them to grow up to become the men and women they are today.
Mrs. Saldana was preceded in death by her husband, Gilberto Saldana Sr.
She is survived by her children: Son, Gilbert, Luz and family; Daughter, Lucia and family; Son, Arturo, Rae and family; Daughter, Nancy, Homer Deven and family; Son, Hector Saldana and family; Daughter, Gloria Saldana; Son, Saul Moises, Mary and family.
The Visitation will be on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 2 - 6 PM at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel located on Austin Hwy. The Funeral Service will be on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Procession will follow to Chapel Hill Memorial Park for burial.
