Larry E. Wilson

Larry Ernest Wilson, age 80, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Larry was born in Middletown, Ohio to Margie and Ernest T. Wilson. He was a first airman and member of the military police in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He would later go on to become a policeman in 1986. Larry was also a Minister at Northwest Hills Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid gunsmith.

Larry is preceded in death by both of his parents; and his brother, Donny Wilson. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Olga J. Wilson; his 2 sisters, Joyce Riffe and Connie Fletcher; his brother, Gary Wilson; his daughter, Janine Duckworth (David); his 5 grandchildren, Athena Mendoza, Kevin Mendoza, Lindsay Hamlin, Brianna Joy Marrs - Garcia, and Heather Wood; as well as numerous great grandchildren.

A visitation for Larry will be held Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78238, followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM.
