Joe proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. After his time in the military he worked for many years for the United States Postal Service. And later retired from there. He loved spending time with his family, Sunday barbecues, and watching sports with his son. He enjoyed road trips with his family, especially his grandchildren. Joe loved going to concerts with his wife. He loved country music. Classic rock, blues, and tejano music. He was a big Dallas Cowboy fan and loved the Spurs. But most of all Joe was a very devoted family man. He was funny, he was patient, he was the most unselfish person anyone could ever know. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten. He will be forever in our hearts. His family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses, hospital, and hospice that took care of him during his time of need.
