1921-2014

One of Jane’s favorite sayings: “I know heaven is my home; however, I’m really not in the least bit homesick.” Apparently, on March 1, she was. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred (Colonel, USAF, retired), she leaves behind: three sons, Michael; Patrick & Rhonda; Bert & Wendi; a granddaughter, Terri & Bruce Campos; a grandson, Jason; and two great – grandchildren, Christopher and Nicole Campos. To all of her many friends, she cherished you; she loved you more than she loved the sky. You gave her so much. Thank you. Words cannot express Jane’s affection for Dr. Kevin Comfort and his staff. You are the best. Thank you. And finally: thank you, Mom, for everything. ‘Bye. Have good cards! Memorial mass: Monday March 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St Peter Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church, 111 Barilla Place, San Antonio 78209. After the 11:30 a.m. interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, a reception will be held at the St Peter’s Parish Hall.
