Jae Chang passed away November 19, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 67. He was born to the late Byung ha Chang and Kwi son Oh in South Korea on September 21, 1955.
He is survived by his loving wife, Joeann Chang; daughters, Bohae Chang, Christy Kim. Son-in-law: Hyun Kim, Aiden Kim.
Grandchildren: Chloe Kim, Jayden Kim, Lorenzo Kim, Lauren Kim
