He is preceded in death by his parents, Severino and Felipa Rios; beloved spouse, Olga B. Rios, son, Joe H. Rios and daughter-in-law Gina Rios.
He is survived by his children, Anna Maria Gonzales (Rafael), Jaime Rios (Patricia),Edward Rios and Christine Rios; siblings, Edmundo Rios (Olivia), Pedro Rios, Martha Mendoza (Frank), Irma Arredondo, Felipa Guerra and Hilda Fuentes (Ernesto); 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. On Wednesday, October 26, 2022 a Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 am at St. Clare Catholic Church with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
