Gilbert C. Rodriguez

Gilbert C. Rodriguez, born on January 11, 1940, was called home to be with the Lord, on April 24, 2016 at the age of 76. He was a retired veteran of the U.S Army. He is preceded in death by his brothers; Arturo, Baldemar, Cruz, Miguel and his loving parents Guadalupe and Miguel Rodriguez. Gilbert is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years of marriage, Imelda C. Rodriguez, his loving children; Emelda Luz Serrato (Darryl), Javier Rodriguez (Sonia), Esther Ramirez (Rolando), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Margie), Christina Lozano (Louis), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Gilbert will be greatly missed. In Lieu of flowers the family would like a donation to be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, in memory of their loved one. A visitation will begin on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 5:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:30 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Thursday, April 26, 2016 after a 9:00 a.m. Chapel Service with Interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
