I am so sorry for your loss. I met Frank when he was working at UIW. He was always kind and professional. We are going to miss him very much. My sincere condolences to all his family. Frank and you are in my prayers.

My dear Frankie, we are all heartbroken and still in disbelief that your life here among us is no longer. Your life on Earth was too short, wished we had more time, the only thing we can do now is hope and pray that you will have eternal peace basking in God’s forever love and mercy.  You were the light in the room and forever will be missed. This is not goodbye but rather see you later…Sending all our love, Aunt Jeanette Garcia and family.

When you came with us downtown for the ones we lost during covid and you wrote that message for Stephen

New years at our house was always the place to be

When you used ALL your free movie tickets to take us all out for the new toy story movie and all of us cried!!

Waking up at 5 am for a free tree on a Thursday downtown

Having a cousin sleepover and doing face masks together

Being my date for the night because of a bad ex boyfriend

I bought shirts for everyone and surprised everyone by coming down from Oklahoma

I miss dressing up and going out on the town with you on our adventures

I cut your toe nails and we peer pressured your dad to putting on your shoes for you 😂

I'm so grateful for the time I had with you. You are my best friend and my whole heart ❤️

To say I am shocked and sad about Frankie's passing truly doesn't put it into words. I still saw him as a little boy from way back when. Frankie was such a good person and will be missed.  He made great cakes and cupcakes and made a few for me throughout the time I knew him for special events. He was an amazing dog dad. and I am sure his babies miss him. My deepest condolences to all of the Garcia family, his mom and all his family and friends. I pray that the Lord gives you some comfort to somehow find the strength to get through these next few days and life without him although I know he will continue to live on in all who loved him with their memories.

Right before everything happened he went with some of my friends and I to learn how to center clay on the wheel. He had a clay wheel and finally learned

Frank was an amazing person. I have a twin sister and through my years in UIW he never fail to make us laugh. He knew who was who and how to tell us apart, he always made us feel special. And knew our orders from memory. I loved that he would ask silly questions about my order. He told me once that he wanted to be a chef and his omelets were always flawless

We ubered all the way to Austin because we had plans to fly to New York. We stayed up late stared at the capital and bonded on our shared love of travel and music

We sat in the sun for hours til she finally took the stage at a random motocross event that we traveled to Austin to attend. Didn’t care about the event at all, just that we got to see Taylor.

We’d laugh, we’d dance, we explored all the nightlife San Antonio and other cities had to offer. We loved to travel together and experience all the good food and music the world had to offer.

We  sang Taylor Swift til our classmates told us to shut up, we baked and studied for hours. Frank always bought two of everything because I’d always forget something
