Our beloved father, husband and brother peacefully passed away on Friday November 14, 2014 at the age of 84 years. He passed away to be with his wife of 56 years Lucinda Griego and his son Francisco Griego Jr.
He was born in Roswell, New Mexico on April 4th, 1930 and is survived by his younger brother Bill Calderon and sister Sylvia Sedberry. His daughters Dora Rodriguez, Diana Ayala and Darlene Griego; son in laws Frank Rodriguez (deceased) and Michael Ayala. His 4 grandchildren and 6 great grand children.
Francisco served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the U.S. Postal service. He lived majority of his life in San Antonio where he raised his family. He enjoyed traveling and wood carving. A service honoring his life will be held on Saturday December 6th at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cupples Road San Antonio, Texas 78237 starting on noon. Gathering with family to follow.
