Enrique "Henry" S. Garcia

Enrique "Henry" S. Garcia, of San Antonio, passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 75. He was born in San Antonio on July 16, 1946 to Antonia and Salvador Garcia. He was married to Yolanda M. Garcia for 52 loving years. Henry was a man of many trades, he worked in carpentry, yardwork, he homeschooled his kids, work for the San Antonio Express News, volunteered with Victory Temple Ministries, and he was even a Edgewood Highschool football player. He had a passion for sports, cookouts, family gatherings, and telling jokes.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Antonia Garcia, brother; Jose Salvador, and wife, Yolanda M. Garcia.

He is survived by daughters; Dora Ann Garcia, Debbie Garcia, Sandra Lee Garcia, Bridget Sky Guadalupe Garcia; sons Henry Jr. Garcia, Miguel Garcia, Ruben Anthony Garcia, and Jesus Garcia; sisters Maria Del Carmen Garcia, and Antonia G. Lawrence(Phillip); grandchildren Kirstan R. L. Garcia, Adrian Quiles, Kenneth Quiles, Sonny Garcia, and Leanna Garcia; great grandson Jonathan Frank Rayden Luna (Francisco Luna, Father); nephews Brian Christopher Lawrence, and Adam Lee Lawrence.

A visitation for Henry will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 1204 Castroville Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. An interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, TX 78237.
