Dora C Morales

Dora Cardenas Morales, age 92, a resident of Lytle Texas, was called home Monday, January 29. Dora was born January 13, 1932 to Adelaido and Eloisa Cardenas in Saspamco, Texas. Dora was a beautiful and sweet mother and grandmother, loved by everyone that knew her. She was a strong woman of faith. She touched many lives and led many to Jesus. Her joy was attending church and spending time with family. She leaves a legacy of love, strength, and devotion.

Dora is preceded in death by her husband Guadalupe H. Morales, daughter, Eloisa Saucedo, granddaughter Lisa Darlene Herrera, siblings, Ismael Cardenas,Celestino Cardenas, Delia Cardenas and second husband, PJ Vargas Sr.

She is survived by her children, Diana Herrera (Rudy), Gloria Rodriguez (Frank), Irma Gutierrez (Salvador), Guadalupe Morales Jr., Ismael Morales, Dora Cooremans (John), and Mario Morales. She had 27 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 from 9:00AM to 11:00 am at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio TX, 78211. A church service will follow at 12:00 pm at Prevailing World Church, 4000 IH-35 E Access RD., Lytle TX 78052. Services will conclude at the church.
