Carol moved to San Antonio to be closer to her children in 2013 and was a member of Hope Center Church where she met her husband, William (Bill) Lowman who is a licensed minister in the UPCI. Carol loved shopping at resale and thrift shops and stopping at Sonic for a bag of ice. She was lovingly referred to as the “bag lady” because she loved to collect bags of all shapes, sizes and colors and you could always be sure anything you could ever need would be found in her bags.
