Brandon D. Hutson, 46, of San Antonio, TX, passed away on August 16, 2023. He was born in Houston, TX on January 24, 1977, graduated from MacArthur High School in 1995. He joined the military shortly after graduating and retired after 22 years on December 31, 2017. He was married Catherine M. Hutson on September 11, 2000. After he retired from the Army, he worked at Lowes. He started out as a delivery driver and quickly worked his way up the ladder as the Assistant Store Manager. He enjoyed traveling and was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoyed taking his family to see their games. He is survived by his daughter Adriana E. Hutson, his son Brandon D. Hutson, Jr, his mother Earnestine Hutson, sister Cindy Fransaw, and brother Herbert Hutson. The funeral will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on August 31, 2023. The viewing will be from 10:00 – 12:00, with the service immediately following. Interim will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:30. There will be a reception at the Brackenridge Golf Course immediately afterwards.
