Bobby James Yanez born April 12, 1982 passed away from this life on July 5th, 2023 unexpectedly at the age of 41. He is preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia Lee Yanez; Aunt, Estella Yanez and Grandfather Raul F. Yanez. He leaves behind his siblings Brittany Yanez-Belmares, Christen Yanez-Belmares, Ricky Stiles (Tina), Joshua Yanez-Belmares, His two nephews Lazarus and Nazareth Yanez-Belmares, and his partner Christine Villalta.
Bobby James will be remembered from his family and friends as hardworking, charismatic, a comedian, and a protector. Whether it was inside the DJ booth, behind the bar, or quietly behind the scenes for some of the largest special events in San Antonio, Bobby James’ commitment to proving an experience like no other proved he was truly the #KingofKlubs.
A visitation will begin, Thursday July 27, 2023 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, 78211. On Friday, July 28, 2023 a Mass of Resurrection will be conducted at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, 4415 S Flores, 78214 with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.

A benefit celebration of his life event preceding his services will be open to the public at the Bonham Exchange, 411 Bonham, 78205 on July 23, 2023 at 3pm.
