I had the honor of working with Audrey at HCA.    My prayers are extended to the family & everyone impacted by per passing.



So sorry to hear of your sudden loss.  Thoughts and prayers to the family. 

Audrey was an amazing colleague!  I really began working with her closely over the past 6 months and she was an amazing well liked person in the short time I really got to know her.  Many prayers sent to Audrey's close friends and family through this difficult time.

I will always be grateful for her requests of ill colleagues to work remotely from the team room to keep the rest of us healthy. 

May you rest in peace Audrey knowing you touched so many who had the pleasure of meeting you!

I worked for Audrey at Methodist Hospital for close to 10 years.  She was kind, well spoken,  incredibly  fair and a natural leader.  Audrey created the Case Management Department with Janis Madewell, her partner in crime back then.   Our department was much smaller at that time and had an intimacy to it  that made me want to go to work each day.   Audrey was so wise and knowledgeable. I knew I could go to her for advice.  She had a talent for telling people what they did NOT want to hear without them realizing it.  She is greatly missed by me and others who worked with her.  There will never be one like her again.

We have known Audrey for many years since her sister Margaret married my dad.  We never got to know each other very well but always kept up with news of growing families, jobs, travels, etc.   We do know that Audrey was very friendly, kind and smart.  She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt, wife and mother, and we enjoyed her very much the few times we spent with her over the years.   We regret physical distance kept us from being closer friends and know she'll be terribly missed by many.  We find comfort in knowing she's resting in eternal peace.  Love, The Flynn Family

When I joined the PI Department five years ago, Audrey was one of the first new colleagues I met through our common friend Terri.  Although we had different work team roles, she and the rest of the SWAT "sisterhood" invited me to many an evening meal, discussion, and shopping trip.  She always made me feel so welcome with her big smile and a hug!  Audrey was a beautiful person inside and out, and she was so very well-respected by our PI work teams.  She truly embraced life, and we were the lucky recipients of her stories and adventures, which always exuded love for her family, friends, co-workers and pups.  Audrey was a joy to be around and I loved working with her.  We will always remember and appreciate Audrey's warmth, intelligence and funny sense of humor, and we will all miss her so much!  

I worked with Audrey the entire time she was at Methodist Hospital.  She was my Director.  She was a loving, caring and truly remarkable leader.  I have many wonderful memories which I carry close to my heart.  My deepest condolences for her entire family.  Her beautiful spirit reached the depths of so many.  She will be deeply missed.  

Audrey and I both graduated from South San HS and UT Austin.  Audrey was smart, witty and kind and will be missed. Photo is from  HS reunion.

Mrs. Audrey will be missed and my heart aches for Chris, Brian, and Jessica , the entire Goelz family and the Ingram family. 

In the short 15 years I had the pleasure of getting to know Audrey, I was taken back by her kindness and smile. 

She was truly a ray of sunshine No matter if you saw her outdoors ( her and Chris’s favorite place), or inside. 

Mrs. Audrey you will be missed but we will see you again when God calls us home to be with you.

I am so sad to hear the news of Audrey’s passing.  This is an unexpected and shocking loss. Audrey was an awesome person.  I worked for her for a number of years and she was a great boss and a wonderful person.  Always kind and caring. My deepest sympathies go out to her husband and family. I pray that in between the huge waves of grief and despair  they will find moments of comfort. 

I am distraught over hearing the news of Audrey's passing! It was not her time to go...or so we thought. Audrey was the kindest, warmest and most gentle woman I know. She was always smiling and just enjoying whatever she was doing in that moment.  She will be deeply missed!

My thoughts and prayers are with Audrey's family.  I was fortunate to know and work with Audrey since June 2000.  She was an amazing person and I know that she loved her children deeply.  My heart goes out to them and her husband Chris and to the many others who were lucky to have her friendship.  She was a caring, loving and thoughtful person, whose smile could light up a room.  May  God bless Audrey and her sweet  family in the days and years to come and take comfort that she will watching over them.

I am very sorry to  hear this news. I worked for Ms. Audrey for over 6 years. She was a great Boss, friend and a fearless leader. She often spoke of her family and how much they meant to her.  My prayers are with you.

I was so very sorry to hear about Audrey's untimely passing.
I have know her since she was little as her sister Diane is one of my dear, lifelong friends.
I was so heartened to read the wonderful words written about her.  She sounds amazing.   
Audrey's mom was also a sweet, caring person, so she came by it naturally.  I am happy she is with her sweet mom now, but so sorry for her family.

Audrey was my best friend, a colleague, and a travel buddy for over 10 years.  Always smiling, always caring; a bright and shining star taken too soon.  I will miss you.  You are the little sister I never had.        

Audrey was one of the kindest most well like people I have ever known. She welcomed me into the PI department 11 years ago and was  a constant friend throughout the years.  Her demeanor was steady, personable and her sense of humor was one I enjoyed greatly. She was an example of how to get along well with others in almost any situation. I will miss her greatly.

If you are lucky enough in your life, you will meet someone like Audrey Goelz and you will be changed forever for the good.  Audrey and i were co-workers but our little group of "Gal-Pals" felt we were more than that.  Our group was close knit and often said it was how we made the travel schedule work for our lives.  We shared the ups and downs of our personal lives from our pets, to families to our hopes and dreams.  To say i will miss Audrey is somehow not enough.  She will forever be in my heart and my memories.  My sympathy to Chris, Brian, Jesse and the rest of the family.  I hope that there is some comfort to you knowing how well loved she was and always will be.  Peace.

I worked with Audrey over the past 10 years and will always admire her work ethic and professionalism. Audrey also knew how to have fun and all my pictures with Audrey show her beautiful smile and heart filled with joy. My deepest condolences to her family. Audrey was a very dear friend and co-worker. We shared stories  every week about her weekend adventures, either camping, going to a motorcycle rally, working in her beautiful yard or just hanging out with the love of her life, Chris. I will miss Audrey's excitement for life, her laughter, and positivity that was so contagious. I will truly miss her. 

I've had the pleasure of being Audrey's teammate at HCA for almost 10 years, with many a meal shared in the evening and meetings during the day.  Her expertise and professionalism were wonderful, but I loved that she was always ready with a supportive kind word and smile to help make our jobs a little easier.  She will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her husband Chris Goelz, son Brian Goelz, and daughter Jessica Goelz. Siblings are sister's Margaret Brown (Ingram); Diane Smith (Ingram), and brother Randy Ingram.
