Annette C. Dobson was born on February 8, 1947 in Washington, DC. She entered into eternal rest on April 21, 2010 at the age of 63. Mrs. Dobson was a member of the Eastern Star Chapter #141. She enjoyed sewing dresses and quilts, and she had a passion for knitting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison Berlin and Selma Chipman; and brother, Larry Chipman. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Raymond Dobson; children, William and Brenda Dobson; grandchildren, Diana and John; great-grandchildren, Clarissa and Hailey; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers and the funeral services will be conducted that same evening at 7:00 p.m.
