Ann E. Post, born on May 02, 1957, was called home to be with the Lord, on July 31, 2016, in San Antonio Texas, at the age of 59. She is preceded in death by her brother Herman Medina and her loving parents Anita Palacios & Herman Duran Medina. Ann was survived by her beloved husband Jeffry Post, children; Collin Post, Kevin Post, Christopher Alaniz (Michelle), grandchildren; Genevieve Alaniz, Cleo Bella Alaniz, siblings; Sylvia Cantu, Mary Gonzales, Gloria Heredia, Rudy Medina, numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 06, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 11:00 a.m. that same morning, at Sunset North Funeral Home, 910 North Loop 1604 East.
