Andrew Anthony Cadena

In the early morning hours of June 5th 2022, Andrew Cadena earned his wings and joined our Father in Heaven. His death has left many broken-hearted, especially his wife Mary Alice Cadena, their children Andrew, Amanda, Brianna and son-in-law Tommy Kennedy, and his 5 beautiful grandchildren Kaitlyn, Tommy Lee, Timothy, Amelia, Eliana, brother Edward Cadena and his wife Lizette, sister Anna and her husband Roger Briseno, and extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Rosie Cadena.

Andrew was an avid fisherman from his younger years with time spent fishing with his family. The ocean was a place where his soul was most at peace. He was also an amazing grillmaster and animal lover rescuing many animals during his time here on Earth. Aside from the ocean, his happy place was spending time with his wife and going on drives to see where the road would take them. In the presence of Andrew and his wife, you'd find yourself having a day full of laughter and feeling loved. He'd often greet his friends with "How you doin?" and never neglected to tell them "I love you."

Andrew was a member of Destiny Church and recently rededicated his life to God. He recently attended a Christian’s men’s retreat in Wimberly, Texas, where he rededicated his life to the Lord. He was already excited and eager for the next retreat to be amongst other believers and followers of Jesus Christ and to have fellowship while enjoying fun outdoor activities, including fishing.

His family invites you to come pay your respects and join the family as they find strength together to mourn their loss and reminisce on him, remembering the special, loving, caring man he was.

It is hard to forget someone who gave us so much to remember.
