Amelia Aguirre

She is preceded in death by her parents, Esteban and Marianna Gonzalez and siblings, Olga Garcia, Eloy Gonzalez, Rudy Aldana and James Gonzalez.

She is survived by her daughters, Christina Aguirre, Belinda Fernandez (Sylvia) and Jessica Lopez (Gabriel); her first grandson who she raised as her son, Louis Garcia; grandchildren, Matthew St. John, Zoey St. John, Kayla Arteaga (Ivan), Izaiah Lopez, Emily Lopez, Joshua Lopez and Ayden Lopez; her furbaby grandchildren, Klio, Grace and Sister Fernandez and numerous nieces and nephews.

Amelia, beautiful and loving mother and grandmother, was know for lighting up a room with her smile and joyful presence. She will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.

A visitation for Amelia will be held Monday, August 14, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Resurrection will be Celebrated on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph (So San) Catholic Church, with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
