Alexander Raymond Segura, born on August 12,1957 in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 67. His Life was filled with love, laughter and unwavering commitment to his family and community.
On January 3, 1982 Alex and Martha became one. Alex loved God with all his heart and he showed this through his love for his Wife Martha (Sweets) for their entire 42 years of marriage. Alex received his Masters of Arts in English from UTSA on May 13, 2000 and went on to teach at Palo Alto College, where he had many friends. Alex had friends everywhere he went. He was a highly intelligent individual and was super cool.
You could always depend on Alex to be there by your side if you were sick, which he did for many family members, some until they entered eternal rest.
Alexander Raymond Segura was also an ordained minister and helped a lot of people on the West Side.
Alex is preceded in death by his parents; Enrique E. Segura and Mary Louise Segura; his siblings Steve Segura, Diana Denison and Phillip Segura; as well as his niece Roxanne Cox.
Alex is survived by his wife Martha B. Segura; his siblings Donnie Miller (Howard), Henry Segura (Rebecca), David Segura (Terry), Carlos Segura (Rosa), Rebecca Cox (James) and Jerry Segura (Pat); his nephews and nieces: Edward Miller, Jason Miller, William Segura, David Segura, Tavis Segura, Enrique Segura, Lee Cox, Brandon Denison, Gabriel Segura, Melanie Evans, Deborah Ann Miller, Jennifer Melcher, Nora Segura, Susan Segura- Woolf, Rhonda Snyder, Crystal Segura, Elena Denison and Angela Segura.
Alex's sisters-in-law, Mary and Carmen Biache loved him immensely.
There will never be another man like Alex. He was great in all ways. Alex and Martha are one for all eternity. "I love you Baby, I will be with you again real soon."
