Adam A. Lopez Sr., born October 26, 1976 in San Antonio, Texas went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2024 at the age of 47.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Lopez.
He is survived by his parents, Donato Lopez Jr and Nellie Lopez (Chemo Bustamante); beloved wife, Josie Lopez; children, Adam Lopez Jr and Sarina Lopez and siblings, Billy Lopez (Lisa), Michael Bustamante, Marcus Lopez and Marissa Lopez.
A visitation for Adam will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, 78211 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A mass of resurrection will occur Friday, October 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, 11150 Macdona Lacoste Rd, 78002 with interment to follow at First Memorial Park Cemetery.
