He was born on April 9, 1992 in San Angelo, Texas to Rosa Garza and Scott Hernandez.
Jacob attended Central High School and graduated in the class of 2010.
Jacob had a passion for his family, friends, and loved playing softball, basketball, football and washers.
Jacob will always be remembered for his love for his family, aunts, uncles, and all his cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his nephew Caleb Garza, Grandfather Mauro Sanchez Sr., Grandfather Gilbert Garza Sr., Uncle Mauro Sanchez Jr., Aunt Sonia Sanchez, and Uncle Abel Sanchez.
Jacob is survived by mother Rosa Garza, dad Manuel Garza, a sister Alisandra Garza, and brother Mark Garza.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at Johnson’s Funeral Home, 435 W. Beauregard, San Angelo, 76903. Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 2nd 2021 at 10:00 Am at Primera Baptist Church, 23 W. Ave J, San Angelo, TX. 76903. Pastor Robert Cuellar will officiate with burial following in the Belvedere Cemetery.
