Larry Allen Bradford, 75, of Salisbury passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. Born September 5, 1947 in Salisbury he was the son of the late Walter and Gertrude Bradford. Larry was a United State Air Force Veteran. He worked for Perdue for many years in the night hatchery in Westover and was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Salisbury. He was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and watching sports especially the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens.
He is survived by his children, Laura Bradford, Jenny Ashton and her husband Jamie; grandchildren, Jamie Ashton, Jr, Faith Jones, and Jason Ashton; brothers, Eddie Bradford, Gary Bradford; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by grandson, Michael Allen Jones; brother, David Bradford.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2pm at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Rev. Steve Wagner will officiate. Interment will follow in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron.
